Shanny has been with the Pinnacle Landscape Solutions (PLSNQ) team for over two years, although it feels like yesterday she joined. Shanny started working for Belinda & Scott after she welcomed her second child to the world and was returning to the workforce after maternity leave and COVID-19. Shanny brings with her over 15 years of real estate experience ranging from property sales and administration to property management and rentals accounts and ensuring the integrity of client information.

It’s always amazing to follow a job from start to completion, from an idea in a client’s mind to it
becoming a reality. The best is when the client’s expectations have been far exceeded and we have been able to understand exactly what they wanted to achieve and bring that dream to life.

Shanny was born in Cairns and has lived here most of her life. Shanny attended school locally and left Cairns not long after finishing High School. Shanny has travelled and lived in Northern NS, Melbourne and Vancouver. After living in Canada for 3 years, she dreamt of tropical beaches, blue skies and warm weather. Shanny knew it was time to come home. Not long after she met her husband and they now have two amazing kids and are still happy living in Cairns. It's a great place to raise kids without the noise of a bigger city.

Spending time with her family and getting outdoors, going camping, on long road trips and anything on the water from boating to beaches, creeks and rainforest adventures is a big highlight for Shanny and her family and why they love calling Cairns home.
